OUR STREAMLINED PROCESS MAKES THE WORK

1 / Design

Upon initial meeting and intro we set a follow up appointment to initiate the process of design with our architect. This is a 3-4 hour meeting where we all have input in the design to make sure our clients are getting what they desire.

Steps

  • During this time period we are working with the city on making sure all the details of the plans are approved.
  • We provide comparable properties to the lender and appraisal to make sure values are met and we can proceed forward.

2 / Budget

From this point we are able to start pulling budgets together with wants/needs list in order to make sure everything is realistic and affordable.

Steps

  • Budgets are important, we make sure to discuss this before starting the process.
  • We work with subcontractors so we are able to dial in a budget to make sure we are getting accurate pricing.
  • With today’s volatile market, it’s important that we plan accordingly based on market status.

3 / Appraise

We then submit drawings and budgets to the lender we use in order to start the building process From here appraisals and closings take place

4 / Build

In the background we are also submitting for permits and getting long wait time items ordered. Once closing and permitting occurs we start the building process as well as sending our clients to venders to make decisions on selections.
