Upon initial meeting and intro we set a follow up appointment to initiate the process of design with our architect. This is a 3-4 hour meeting where we all have input in the design to make sure our clients are getting what they desire.
From this point we are able to start pulling budgets together with
wants/needs list in order to make sure everything is realistic and affordable.
After finalizing budget details and drawings with the architect, we work diligently with the lender to ensure appraisal and closings are coordinated.
During the finance period, we are coordinating with the perspective city on permits as well as prepping sub contractors on the work upcoming.
