25 YEARS AGO, OUR STORY BEGAN.

In 1982 Ethan’s parents had moved down to Texas from upstate New York, continuing to tackle their own remodeling projects while Jeff (Father) mowed lawns and installed sprinkler systems during the weekend while working as a mechanical engineer during the week. This passion led Jeff to starting selling real estate and he quickly become a top producer in the DFW metroplex.
While selling real estate, Jeff started to buy houses to flip and needed more assistance from his family. Jeff and his wife Kay tackled all of their projects together and often times all of the kids would be helping out on the weekend.  Ethan spent most of his weekends helping his dad lay tile and build fences, which later turned into numerous remodels with 2nd story additions, and in 2006, Jeff had successfully built his first house.
Over the next 10 years, what had started out as a few builds, later transitioned into a top tier building company in Dallas.
In 2013 Ethan joined is father in selling real estate and slowing transitioned into the building side of the business.
